I’m Daniel Long and I hope you enjoy my photos!
Living in the Cairngorms National Park has enabled me to explore the various Forests and Lochs endlessly. Creating a collection of landscape images with this as the core subject.
I have been a big fan of Intentional Camera Movement to loosen up the photographic experience and have a bit of fun. Together in this collection are images from the forest, mountains and sea, all linked by their abstract approach.
Loch Ness is surrounded by remarkable landscapes, this gallery features images from either side of the Loch in the area known as the Great Glen. Mountains, lochs, rivers and forests, definitely worth an exploration.
Landscape images from the extreme environment of Mountains. I have been exploring the mountains of Scotland for the last few years and with each hike, I see something different. The Cairngorms are closest to me and so feature the most.
Along the Northern Coast of the Central Highlands there are a variety of locations on the sea, from sandy beaches to rocky monoliths like Bow Fiddle rock. The Moray Coast encompasses all of these and more.
A collection of landscape images from around Scotland. If it can’t form its own gallery it generally ends up here. So there are images from along the Eastern Coast of Scotland, from Glen Coe and from other areas of the Highlands.
